### Overview

- Uses a conversation mode where one or more front-end users chat with one back-end user, the administrator.

- The front end and back end can send text and images only; images are sent automatically after being selected.

- Different visitors are identified by IP.

- After a front-end user starts a conversation, the back end responds in real time and plays a prompt sound; the prompt sound can be turned off.

- The back end can identify the visitor’s status, such as online, offline, or hidden window.

- The first conversation has an announcement prompt; this content is modified directly in the code.

- The back end can set whether to turn off the robot. If turned off, it uses normal conversation mode; if turned on, it uses auto-reply mode. Auto-reply content must be added or modified in the code.

- April 2021: added return buttons to both front-end and back-end conversation windows for easier operation.
