It all began with rethinking our sales experience. The internal sales team of Frappe first sounded the alarm – surely, there is a better designed and simpler way to track deal flows out there. As it turns out, available CRMs in the market could not meet our needs. Too basic. Too expensive. Not open source. Since “building our own” is in our DNA, we built our own CRM.

Frappe products are all priced based on compute and you can start with instances as low as $5 per month for unlimited users.

The official repository is licensed under AGPL-3.0 and uses Vue / Python. WhatsApp and similar channels depend on external service configuration.
