hack-dig is a prank version of dig, modeled on BIND dig 9.18 command-line output. It makes a real DNS query first, then secretly inserts a TXT record at the top of the ANSWER section. It supports A / TXT / MX / NS / PTR / SRV / CAA / ANY, AXFR, +trace, and other common query styles.

- A single-file tool; the Linux builds are statically linked, and Windows uses dig.exe.

- It follows real dig behavior: EDNS0, UDP truncation to TCP, retries, +tcp, +dnssec, +noedns, +bufsize=N, +time=N, +tries=N, and +ignore.

- Version and help output are simulated, including distro-style version strings.
