MoChat is an open-source WeCom SCRM application framework and general multi-tenant SaaS management system for enterprise self-hosting or service-provider deployments. It covers lead acquisition, customer conversion, customer and group management, chat sidebars, conversation archiving, and sensitive-word controls.

The repository is licensed under GPL-3.0. Distribution of modified or derivative versions requires corresponding source under the GPL; commercial distribution itself is not prohibited. Deployment requires PHP 7.4+, Swoole 4.5+, MySQL 5.7+, Redis, Node.js 10+, FFmpeg, and related services, so dependency and security maintenance should be reviewed before customization.
