PingCode is positioned as a new-generation intelligent R&D management tool. Its product packages cover product management, project management, knowledge management, test management, performance management, collaboration space, intelligent engine, and directory service.

It supports capabilities such as requirement pool management, multi-level requirement management, agile multi-iteration planning, agile task boards, waterfall project Gantt charts, test case management, test plans and execution results, knowledge-base pages, dashboards, multi-dimensional statistics, OKR management, automation rules, and directory-service integrations.

Deployment options include public cloud, private cloud, and local servers. Local server deployment is based on Docker containerized deployment, supports high-availability clusters and rapid elastic scaling, and keeps data highly autonomous and controllable. The Enterprise edition starts from 25 users and supports private deployment only; pricing is by quotation.

Directory service supports syncing third-party account-platform organization structures from Feishu, WeCom, DingTalk, LDAP, and Microsoft AD, and supports third-party account single sign-on through Feishu, WeCom, DingTalk, LDAP, Microsoft AD, and SAML 2.0. A WPS collaboration package is sold together with PingCode sub-products. Payment methods listed include offline payment by bank transfer or Alipay transfer after contract signing, and online payment through UnionPay or Alipay in the enterprise admin backend.
