Topshelf is a service hosting framework for .NET, commonly used to wrap console applications as Windows Services. Compared with hand-written ServiceBase or sc.exe-based approaches, it provides entry points for installation, uninstallation, start, stop, and debugging.

It is not an out-of-the-box business system. Self-hosting requires a Windows/.NET runtime environment and command-line deployment capability, and resource consumption mainly depends on the hosted service logic. Users in China need to adapt it themselves for domestic services such as the WeChat ecosystem, SMS, payments, and cloud vendor monitoring.
