Vesta Control Panel is FREE. All core functionality is free. We only sell additional comfort, that you can fully operate without.

## Install Vesta

Just run a simple command to get started. Click install to get started. Just ssh into your server and run the command below.

# Connect to your server as root via SSH

ssh root@your.server

# Download installation script

curl -O https://vestacp.com/pub/vst-install.sh

# Run it

bash vst-install.sh

```

**IMPORTANT! The current version of Vesta is deprecated!** We are working on a full rebuild of Vesta.

## Supported OS and system requirements

Supported OS: RHEL / CentOS 5, 6, 7; Debian 7, 8, 9; Ubuntu 12.04 - 18.10.

System Requirements: RAM 512 MB, HDD 20 GB, CPU 1 GHz.

## Advanced install settings

WEB: nginx + apache, nginx + php-fpm, apache, no. FTP: vsftpd, proftpd, no. MAIL: exim + dovecot + spamassassin + clamav, exim + dovecot + spamassassin, exim + dovecot + clamav, exim + dovecot, exim, no. DNS: named, no. Firewall: iptables + fail2ban, iptables, no. DB: MySql, PostgreSql.

GPL GNU general public licence version 3. You can download vesta source code and modify it the way you want. You are totally free to do it so to Vesta is licenced under GPL.
