VIEW 维览 is a directory and discovery platform for public Telegram channels, groups, and bots, designed for resource navigation and search. It organizes listings by topic and supports keyword search, while showing descriptions, languages, and ratings. It also offers saved collections, featured recommendations, public collections, submission review, and a Chrome sidebar extension.

The website can be browsed directly, with a separate Chrome extension entry for viewing public Telegram resources in the current page’s sidebar. The available materials do not describe local deployment, hardware requirements, or paid plans; submissions wait for review. VIEW depends on public Telegram content, so specific content and availability should be confirmed on Telegram.
