AI-CS is an open-source AI customer service system: AI + human integrated, privately deployable, configurable, and observable.

It is suitable for teams that want to implement both the “customer service widget in the lower-right corner of the official website” and the “customer service workspace”.

- Prompt configuration, knowledge base management + RAG, PDF / DOCX import, document chunking, and vectorization.

- FAQ priority: when an FAQ is matched, the answer is returned directly.

- Offline email notifications, structured log center, and data reports.

## Deployment

Deployment can use prebuilt Docker Compose images, local build deployment, or manual installation. RAG depends on Milvus and can be disabled; Redis is recommended for multi-instance real-time messages.
