Introduction
nowCRM is an open-source CRM from nowtec solutions AG for managing supporters, members, and customer relationships, with contacts and lists, communication history, customizable pipelines, task automation, Journeys, and multichannel Composer outreach.
It can be self-hosted from GitHub. Development requires Node.js 22+, pnpm 11, and Docker Compose; production also needs domain and DNS setup, container images, a database, Redis or RabbitMQ, SMTP, and S3-compatible storage. Its license is AGPL-3.0-or-later with Section 7 additional terms requiring preservation of NOTICE attribution and corresponding source availability to network users.
