PentesterLab 是面向渗透测试学习的实战练习平台，提供 Exercises、Tracks、Badges、Blog 与 Glossary。其免费课程演示从 SQL 注入进入管理后台，再到在 PHP 网站底层系统执行命令，适合对标靶场式 Web 安全训练。
获取上可注册账号并登录，示例练习标注 Free、Medium、少于 1 小时。学习需自备浏览器及 telnet/netcat、openssl、Burp Suite、wfuzz、John 等工具；部分内容涉及 ISO。需注意案例为理想配置，错误回显开启、PHP 防护关闭，且资料主要为英文。
