PowerX is an AgentOS foundation for enterprise AI applications and plugin ecosystems. It brings IAM, plugin runtime, integration gateway, event backbone, Runtime Scheduler, AI Engine, Knowledge Space, notifications, and operations monitoring into one extensible core, so SCRM, e-commerce, marketing automation, and other business capabilities can be connected, run, and collaborate as plugins and agents.

Simply put: PowerX is not a single business system, but a runtime foundation for enterprise plugins and AI Agents.

## What PowerX solves

Enterprises often run CRM/SCRM, e-commerce, marketing, customer service, approval workflows, data analysis, AI assistants, and other systems at the same time. Common problems include fragmented identity, duplicated permissions, lack of unified plugin governance, AI capabilities that are hard to retain, and unobservable task and event chains.

PowerX consolidates these common capabilities into the foundation:

- Unified identity and tenant context: plugins share IAM, members, tenants, and permission context.

- Unified plugin runtime: plugins can be independently developed, installed, enabled, health-checked, upgraded, and taken offline.

- Unified gateway and authentication: STS, API Key, and Capability Registry manage the call boundary between plugins and the foundation.

- Unified events and scheduling: Event Fabric handles foundation events and queues; Runtime Scheduler handles plugin business scheduling tasks.

- Unified AI capability entry: model providers, AI Engine, Knowledge Space, and Agent orchestration are managed in the admin console.

- Unified operations observability: logs, Trace, tasks, notifications, backups, and run records are centralized in Monitor Center.

## Default plugin ecosystem

PowerX builds its default plugin ecosystem around enterprise growth and transaction scenarios:

- SCRM plugin: customers, conversations, WeCom/social touchpoints, follow-up, and operations collaboration; an open-source repository version is provided.

- E-commerce plugin: products, orders, transactions, fulfillment, and after-sales business foundations; an open-source repository version is provided.

- Marketing tools plugin: marketing automation, touchpoint orchestration, campaigns, and conversion tools; commercial version, with licensing and pricing subject to official release notes.

These business plugins should not repeatedly implement IAM, permissions, scheduling, notifications, gateways, and auditing. They call foundation capabilities through the PowerXPlugin Framework and focus business logic on their own domains.

## Open source and boundaries

The official repository is Apache-2.0 licensed and implemented in Go. The core is AgentOS; SCRM capabilities are carried by PowerXPluginSCRM, so plugin licensing should be checked individually.
